Matchbook Learning is hiring!  We are seeking a talented Blended Instruction Specialist to work in our charter middle school, Merit Prep, located in downtown Newark, NJ.

Greg shares how doing 40 observations per teacher per year allows him to take a real teacher-centered approach to customized professional development, investing in the professional life of each teacher and then aligning those conversations tightly with the vision and culture of the school.
