Jason Lewis has developed behavior management systems which foster a positive learning environment. He has been able to execute his ideals while working at 2 nationally recognized charter schools known for turning around low performing schools. At these schools he was able to reduce violent incidents by 98%. He has spent 6 years in turnaround. At both schools he helped create a positive, nurturing environment where children felt comfortable to learn and flourish as young male and female leaders of tomorrow.
Prior to working with charter turnaround schools, he worked in law enforcement for 4 years where he realized that there was a need for prevention
Jason graduated from Delaware State University with a BA Political Science with a minor in Law degree and a MBA from Wilmington University.
